The Thrice Is Right

The Thrice Is Right

Yep, another triple post, I should really stop mentioning it and simply assume that I can’t write a post for every single day of my life, unfortunately. I gave this post the name The Thrice Is Right, being a reference to the show The Price Is Right (I never watched it so I don’t know what I’m talking about) since we are supposedly in a economic crisis right now…although I really don’t see how we’re affected. Like life goes on here, nobody complains, apart from my history teacher who keeps on telling us that next week we might not be able to go to the movies with some friends since our parents must budget their money in these times of recession. Plus he’s talking on how he gave his money to investors so they could place it to make some potential income, therefore he lost his 300$ and he was super depressed in front of class. I wish I could believe everything he says…like I’m sure it’s the truth in his case but he needs to realize that we’re not in the 80’s anymore, things have changed and money isn’t what it used to be. Enough of this recession talks, here I am trying to remember the events of the past 3 days…not very clever. I really need to think back for a few minutes.

Okay, here goes absolutely nothing, Monday. I can’t recall everything that happened Monday, I like forgot three quarters of that day although they were a few highlights…no actually there was only one highlight. It was in French class, we were doing some work and the teacher went from row to row to make us draw some random papers in a bowl. When it came to me I drew and I got this little piece of paper which said “Les Femmes Savantes 1”. I asked my teacher what the little 1 meant and she explained that it was because the class was divided into eight teams of three students. In total she had chose four plays so that there would be two teams per play. So that explains the little 1, since there was “Les Femmes Savantes 1” and “Les Femmes Savantes 2” which were two different teams. After my questioning the teacher heads to the student behind me which is my very good friend (the friend with whom I worked on the French Oral Presentation Project) and makes her draw a paper. She takes one and finds out that it was “Les Femmes Savantes 1” I was so happy! Like I could work with her again, and we do such a great team. Unfortunately the teacher was surprised that she drew that play (when I drew mine I was the only one in class who had “Les Femmes Savantes 1” meaning that they were 2 other pieces with that on them) so she looked at her and told us that we couldn’t work together again since she wanted new groups. Of course, she asked her to get rid of the paper (she didn’t put it back into the pot) and draw a new one. I was so mad! Like I didn’t want to work with some random person I barely know. As my friend plunged her hand in the pot I knew something was going to happen, I don’t know why but I just felt it. Like magic the unthinkable happened, my friend looked at her paper and it was in fact the other one with “Les Femmes Savantes 1”. Like what are the chances, the teacher looked at us suspiciously and she was like “You know what, never mind! This is impossible! I can’t let you guys work together again”. So I looked at her and said “We make a great team, what can I say”, and it actually worked. She left us alone and now we’re paired, and there’s another student in our group who is VERY good, like without her the project would suck…I mean we complete each other, all the three of us. Other then that I don’t remember much, although I do remember that when I woke up that morning I was SUPER tired because like lately I only fall asleep at midnight since I talk on the phone from like 10 to midnight, sometimes even longer. I’m just scared that my BlackBerry might give me brain cancer.

One out, two to go, Tuesday. This might become very repetitive but I don’t remember much of Tuesday either. As a matter of fact it was a very monotonous day, like I forgot about this History test we had…kind of didn’t do much studying so I was potentially screwed. But in the end it was all good, not to hard. Other than that we started out our French play, somewhat comprehensible after you analyse every single line which takes an eternity.

Last but not least (I always say that, my bad) it was Wednesday (I say it was because I’m actually writing this post on Thursday). I didn’t know but apparently Wednesday was International Dance Day so the school board organized this show for us in the auditorium which lasted about and hour and a half, enough to throw my History class to waste (HOURAY!). Next week is University week!!! I won’t have school for a week; instead I’ll be having classes in University, very satisfying indeed. I chose to take classes in the business and management department, but I’m really not sure if that’s what I want to do later in life. Hopefully it’ll help make a choice since University is in a little bit more than two years (PANIC!). Oh and when I came home Wednesday I like laid on my bed and turned on the radio and turns out that the storm that hit us on last Saturday well according to meteorologist and all that shit it was actually A TORNADO! Like we never had a tornado here in Ottawa, it’s amazing. Although it did SOME damage, according to research it is scaled as a class 0 tornado on that something-something scale.

Anyways that’s all for tonight, I’ll do another post for tonight (Thursday) since a quadruple post is quite lame. Hope you guys are enjoying the AWESOME temperature, see ya.

The Job

I’ve been calling in sick

My bad, I haven’t posted anything in the past two days but I have an excuse! And believe me it’s a good one, at least I think. I’ve been going to bed really late this month, so that’s one of the main reasons I “forget” to post.

-

Welcome to the World
-

This is yours to conquer...

-
Okay, how to start? Right, I haven’t posted on Friday night. Friday was a P.D. day, meaning we had no school. Usually I would have had stayed home and do nothing but a friend and I decided to meet up in Ottawa to spend some time together. We did two shopping malls, one hotel (ok…we didn’t actually get a room…we just walked trough it) and we did a lot of streets. But it was SO fun! Like I’m glad I didn’t stay home and do nothing…out here in the country it sometimes gets really boring and people get lonely quite often. After having eaten lunch we headed to the movie theatre to catch our movie “17 Again” which was playing at 1:00. Let’s say that we made it just in time...like we stepped into the room and the movie was starting. It was actually good, not epic; good. When we left the city we needed to pick up my brother’s friend along the way so they could work on their English project. Friday night was relatively calm like we didn’t do much.

They go to the left, we go to the right...

-
Next up was Saturday and I had a lot of unnecessary work to do, like help my little brother and his friend do their English project which consisted of a mini film on a book they read in class. This project consumed a lot of my day…but in the end I’m sure that my contribution to their academic success will be much appreciated. Either way it’s free publicity. I had planned to go see my friend’s show at school that night, which I did. It was this theatre play that they had to put up in less than 24 hours and I found it pretty good. While waiting for the show to start I was in the school entrance doing nothing on my BlackBerry when all of a sudden the sky outside became super dark and some girls at the windows were starting to scream. Okay, I’m not lying; there was actually a mini-tornado like people weren’t even able to open the doors! That’s proof that the suction was very strong. So the show went on and like I said it was awesome. We left Ottawa to go back home and many streets were closed because of the strong winds. Many people didn’t have electricity.

The passion that burns within...

-

When we pulled into the driveway we saw that there was no electricity…hell no…it’s like 11:00 at night and its pitch black. So I immediately went to bed to avoid being stuck in this chaos. It was so hot in the house, like I couldn’t sleep in my bed so I ended up lying on the floor. It was like midnight and I was still talking on the phone, freaking myself out with scary images in my mind when all of a sudden I heard this faint chime outside in the yard (my window was open to let some air in). My dog starts growling intensively and I’m too freaked out to get up and look out of the window. The chime suddenly starts to get louder and louder until it’s like almost near my window. I couldn’t stand it anymore; I crept up to my window and peeked outside. It was there, standing in the driveway, this creepy black four legged creature (probably a stray dog) that looked at me under the midnight sky…AHHHHH!!!! I was so freaked out…I even think I was stressing my friend on hold on the phone. Anyways, I fell asleep shortly afterwards and woke up at 4:30 in the morning when we got the power back (FINALLY!!).

Today was Sunday, nothing interesting at all…going to bed soon, see ya.

Epic Trilogy

Aleluhia (I think it needs a "J")

I finally made it! I made it through the whole period of "not being organized and fogetting to update my blog". I'm so happy that the pictures finally decided to properly upload, they gave me such a hard time yesterday night. You might notice that the pictures from the two previous posts are somewhat similar, being that they're all mirrored images. I dunno, I was kind of in the mood to play with the mirror effect so I worked my magic, and in the end I think it came out great; what do you think?

Let time fix things...

-

I'm living for weekends right about now, like school is really starting to kill me with all the test, the infinite loads of homework and the final exam approching...we have our hands VERY full. I'm mostly stressing out for maths...the class which I called unecessary, well turns out that it's a bit harder than I thought.

I really need to think back to what I did today, like a barely remember. Oh right, this morning I got to school like usual but instead of waiting in the main entrance for people to come in I decided to go study for my math test in the library, where it's actually quiet. I spent an hour there but ended up studying a little bit and texting a lot (my bad). Of course Maths class needed to start my day by ruining it, the worst part is that we had a test :( and I'm pretty sure I screwed it up. I just couldn't wait to get out of class! My prayers were answered after and hour and a half of painful thinking.
-
Tranquility in Distress
-

Brigning chaos to this once peaceful world...

-

In today's post I'll need to talk about every single class because we had a highlight in every single one. Next was English. My teacher has these moments where he goes in front of class at the beginning of the period and starts monolguing on a random subject. This time he was talking about the "why drive high" association and all. Some were giggling...some where dozing...and some were just zoned out. After like 15 minutes he started the "real" class.

Then came French, we weren't suposed to have that class today because we were invited to this Self Estime class...but turns out that the guy never showed up so they told us to go back in class. When we were finally all seated back at our desks the teacher started an argument in class on how the students from the Gifted Program (us) are like "excluded" from the rest of the school. The way she talked and the arguments that some collegues were giving made us sound like straight up losers. I was like "this is a waste of time". I didn't even listen, I was to preocupied making a tape ball from residue tape from my friends agenda.
-
Breaking You
-
You shine so bright that even the sun envies you...
-

Last but not least, History. I was actually happy when I walked up to the door and saw the television in front of class (meaning that we were going to watch a film. I was like "yes! i'll be able to text during class while the teacher is sleeping". I guess the teacher might of had read my mind because he was standing almost next to me during the whole class and caught me once with my phone :s The film was so boring, like it was a movie on the economic crissis in the 1920...and they were random old people signing ugly songs...like i fell asleep on my stuff.

So this is it for tonight's post, no school tomorrow, heading off to bead right now I have a rendez-vous with a friend on the phone, see ya!

AHHH!!

Continue : AHHHH!!!

It’s been officially four days that I haven’t posted up something…I’m feeling as if I’m giving up although I really don’t want to. I might have had “forgot” to update but rest assured that I kept writing entries for everyday to keep up with time.

Best day ever and weirdest day at the same time. It’s weird because the sky was half lit up and half pitch black which gave it a clashing feel to it, and best because we had no class!!

-Don't let them hold you back...

I think I forgot to mention in yesterday’s post that today we were going to have a yoga class. When our teacher announced the activity he told us to come to school tomorrow in “comfortable” clothes. I was in a kind of panic state because I don’t own “comfortable” clothes, as in sweat pants and all…like I only wear jeans. So I called up my mom and asked her if we could stop after school at the mall to get some yoga pants…she said yes. We get there and we first stop at American Eagle, no such luck. Next stop, Sportcheck (if that’s how you write it). I found a few good pairs and I tried them on. We were in a rush so I needed to choose quickly…too quickly. When we got home I tried on the pants and they were seemingly awkward…until I realised that they were woman pants!!! I was so pissed off, I like wasted a whole hour at that mall to come home with a pair of WOMAN PANTS! I basically went to my mom and said “Here take them”.

We started off with English class today…which was held in the dance class because we were going to have a yoga class. Class started at 9:00 and the instructor would only be available at 9:50. So instead we did 50 minutes of Romeo and Juliet re-enacting…which was brutal. My teacher randomly called my name to play the part of the father Capulet. I killed the part…it was so awful. Although when yoga class started it was kind of relaxing but at the same time very painful.

For the rest of the day we pretty much had random presentations in the auditorium on ecology and health. It was really fun...the only “awkward” part was when my friend sitting next to me putted her head on my shoulder and my English teacher was standing next to me, staring. He was probably making changes in the classes seating arrangement to get us as far away as possible. But I didn’t care…I mean it’s none of his business.

Wandering Out And About

Lola Ho! (This doesn’t make any sense)

Tuesday is calling! Wake up! Rise and shine, new opportunities are heading your way. Goodbye Monday, one day less into this painful week of melancholic weather…if that’s even possible.

We finally got to present our French oral presentation today! It was about time since I was getting a bit tired of always rehearsing the same text, over and over again. To our surprise we were the only team that was ready to present today, which made it very bizarre but good in a way since we didn’t have any competition. It went very well actually, like we were well prepared and the final result was very professional. Since today was oral presentation day nobody brought their personal stuff in class (blinders, manuals, pencil cases, etc.) so the teacher tripped out intensively on each and every one of us. It is only after that that we got to present, anxious that the teacher’s mood would affect our grade. But in the end she took a pill and went from frustrated to heavenly calm. She even came up to my partner and me to chat on our subject for like a whole 15 minutes. Just when we thought that class would never end the principal announces over the intercom that all 10th, 11th and 12th graders must report to the auditorium. We were all very intrigued by this sudden announcement and to our amazement we were in for a treat. 60 actors were ready on stage to give us a hell of a show…and it was very good. So good that it went over my History class! Today was basically a half day! We got out of the auditorium at like 12:10 and we had lunch until 1:10.

Next thing you know it’s the end of the day and we have English class, houray…!...Here I come Juliet. The class although went by very fast since we were all very excited to be announced that tomorrow we wouldn’t have any classes since it was national earth day. Although we must be in school to participate in activities.

Other than that I’m really happy that I’m up to date with my blog! I couldn’t update the blog yesterday since we had sudden lost of power here and there and it was too risky when the pictures were uploading. Oh, and the temperature is really getting on my nerves, I thought I was going to be happy about this spring shower but hell no…it’s killing me…slowly…make it stop!!

Triple Post

Third Time Certainly Isn’t The Charm…

Oh no! I’m doing triple posts now, I so need to get back on track with my blog, it’s just that lately I don’t have a lot of time on my hands and I try to make the best of what I have, which unfortunately is nothing. But in the end there’s an excuse behind every forgotten entry in the past two days.

So how about we start talking about Saturday, if I can even recall what happened on that day since it seems so distant in my mind. Right, now I remember, it was the day on which I was stressing out intensively since I was going to visit my friends house for the first time…meaning that I had to meet her mom. I really wanted to make a good, lasting first impression which is the cause of my high level of stress. I was to meet her at 1:00 p.m. at her house; in that case I needed to leave home at like 12:00. Before leaving my mom invited my grandmother to take part into the trip since they were going to go do some shopping in the mean while. As a person who likes to stay home in his stuff, I rarely adventure myself in that part of the city so her address was unknown to me. To avoid getting lost we decided to use the very useful GPS. As we drew closer and closer to her house I could see the marker on the system signalling that I was 300 metres, 200 metres, 100 metres from destination…I was at my destination. It was a really quiet and charming neighbour hood and to my surprise my stress started to fade away and we really got down to business…when I say business I mean our French project…duh. We had until 4:30 to finish our oral presentation’s visual aid. Time flew by so quickly, we talked, we laughed, we worked…but best of all we had fun…and we got everything done! I really didn’t want to leave, I felt as if things were really starting to go well and then BYE! Ah well, I was stuck in the back of the car with a huge poster that measured the whole width of the vehicle. Stupid me…for a second I forgot that we had a trunk! So we stopped at the grocery store and placed the huge poster in the trunk so I could have the whole back seat to myself. My mom needed to be home early since we were receiving some guests over for the evening. We got home at like 6:00 but turns out that the guests only showed up at 8:45. Either way I barely saw them, excluding the part where we needed to give them a tour of the house. At 9:00 I decided to call my friend up to start practicing for our oral presentation. Everything went well; we knew our lines almost perfectly. The funny part is that we practiced once and then we basically started to talk endlessly. After a while, if I do remember it was 10:00, I was like “We’ve been talking for so long!” I thought that hours had gone by but in reality it was less than an hour. So I said as a joke “Imagine if we could talk until midnight”. Surely what I said became reality become my mother came to check on me at almost 2:00 in the morning and I was still talking on the phone. In the end we needed to force each other to hang up to get some sleep; we talked for more than 4 hours! Later on I fell asleep after a short session of text messaging.

-
French Oral Presentation Poster
-

Yep, all our hard work and effort will sure payoff...

-
Next up was Sunday! Or maybe I should say “Sunday…”because there was absolutely NOTHING to do. Like the temperature was perfect and all but I didn’t even bother going outside. I stayed in the solarium all day and worked on my oral presentation, at least I got to bathe in the “sun”…through a window…So the only highlight of my day was when I was downstairs playing on my XBOX 360 when my mom called my up franticly. I searched franticly for her and found her in my room, gazing outside at the front yard. I got closer and noticed that we had visitors on our lawn…birds…mighty big birds. It’s what they call wild turkeys, and they’re HUGE! Like they are so scary looking. This time we only had 3 but last year during the winter time we had 14 in our backyard!

-

The Turkeys
-

MOM! I've found supper!

-
Last but not least, super boring Monday! I came to consent with my friend that we were to meet at school today for 8:00 since we needed practice for our French oral presentation, which was due for today. When I got up I noticed that my mom wasn’t out of bed. So I went to check on her when she announced that she would be staying home today! Neither my mom nor my dad was going to work since they had to take some advance on the renovations in the garage. My dad took care of my carpool by getting my mom’s friend to pick me up to get me to school. As I stood in the kitchen, starring impatiently at the clock I asked my father at what time she was going to pick me up. He innocently told me at 7:30. I was supposed to get to school at 8:00 and I live and hour from the city. So I asked my dad to desperately drive me to school and we made it in 40 minutes, although my friend was nowhere to be seen until she arrived at 8:30 do to massive traffic jams. We practiced anyways and we were ready to get this over with once and for all. Class went on like normally, I got my History test back with a mark of B+. Like what the hell! I studied so hard for that test and the guy doesn’t seem to see the effort put in it! Anyways, if I told him I was in the gifted program he would probably bump up my grade…but right now I don’t care…at all. French was also that morning, we were to present today…although we DIDN’T! I was kind of mad but kind of relieved, mad because we were ready to present and happy because we had another day to practice.

-
Stained
-

Random sidewalck "art" during lunch...vandalism!

-
Now here I am, tonight. I got home and helped my dad for a bit in the garage by installing these trusts on the ceiling. I was so dusty. Now it’s raining like a lot, I’m kind or relieved that it is because we were having non-stop sunshine lately and it kind of made me sick. Oh and here almost everybody lost their electricity, like our road is one of the few that still has power. So my freezing grandma came here for the evening in search of “shelter” since her house was near freezing point. Anyways, I’m about to head to bed…tomorrow is a new day. See ya.

Try Harder

Yet another double post...

Lately it seems that I'm either lazy or I run out of time since I constantly forget to do my blog...well..."forget". I should really get down with it as soon as possible but the present circumstances seem to affect me, like I've been going to bed really late and school is just not helping. I'll be up to date anyways after this post so no big deal.
-
The Pain Held Within
-

Let the tears flow before...before it all comes to an end...

-

Where to start? Right, Thursday...and I thought it was going to be ordinary for a sunny morning. I consider myself as being a very sensible person when it comes to unfortunate moments, like if I see something happen it kind of marks me for a day or two to a point where it consumes my attention. We were driving to school, it was very quiet (for once) but the sun was brighter than usual, just a bit to bright. Me and my mom were talking when a feathery figure passed quickly in front of the car from my side...but it never came out from the other one. My mom screamed...she let go of the sterring wheel (she can be potentiely dangerous when it comes to things like this) and she kept on repeting "I killed a bird, I killed a bird!" I had a constant image in my head of the bird half decapitated on the bumper...wasn't very pleasant. I tried to "calm" everybody down by saying "What if it's still alive...like if it only bounced off the car and flew away?!" But clearly that wasn't the case because when we got home that night the bird was still there...dead...and I have a picture to prove it :o
-
Dead Bird
-

Just a reminder...and graphic explanation :P

-

As if that day could get any more unfortunate. When we pulled up into the driveway we noticed that my dad was already home. We stepped out of the car like usually when he, my father, stepped out of the house looking rather pale. My mom knew something was wrong and she asked him if he was okay. He simply responded by saying "Oh god, I've just been in a huge accident" So of course, my mom panics and looks at his car which is...in one piece?! She turns around, puzzled, and my father explains to her that he was coming back from the city and was heading home when a motorcycle was driving in the oposite directionm going to the city. Suddenly a car pulled out of a private driveway and engaged itself onto the street without taking notion of the motorcycle coming his way. It came to him in slow motion, the motorcycle hitting the car head on, the passengers flying into the air, the crash and then the panic. He pulled up so fast that he doesn't even recall shutting off his car. He ran to the woman (the passenger) who seemed to be fine although she wanted to move but my dad restrained her of doing so in case of internal bleeding. Soon after he went to help the man (the driver) who was badly injured around the leg and he was spitting blood. Paramedics and the police didn't take long to arrive, a fraction of seconds, and all was under control. My dad, being an owner of many motorcycles in the past, felt really touched by the situation since it is accidents that happen on a regualr basis...to everybody and anybody. In the end everything was fine, although the news reports completely messed up the story, saying that the motorcyclist lost control of his vehicule and that the passenger was air lifter to the hospital (when in reality the driver was airlifted to the hospital).

Now for Friday...hey it's Friday! NO MORE SCHOOL! And the best part is that next week we have a PD day (no school), the week after it's a full week of 5 days (boring) and the week after that we have no school (because some of us are going to university for a week :) ) The summer temperature is starting to really settle in...like today around noon it was 18 degrees celcius! Although it was hot I didn't get to eat outside, a friend and I decided to eat in a random hallway and cut out our much needed pictures for Monday's oral presentation (I hate oral presentation, they get me so nervous).

We watched a part of Romeo and Juliet in English but it's the version with Leornado DiCapreo (ok...I messed up his name) and it was so weird. Like it's set in the present/1980's where the context is mafia like but all the characters talk Elizebethean English and the dialogue during th movie is exactly the same as the text in the original book...so it's incomprehensible. The worst part is that we had a suplement teacher who can hardly speak english...so all she does is try to translate what the teacher wrote in french.

Silence Within The Walls
-

They fail to see that something is happening
-
French class is actually the best class this semester, like today we got to use the computers (our teacher seems to be scared of technology since she looks at those pieces of machinery in such discust that it's embarassing). Although my partner and I never really got a chance to use ours because we needed to work on our huge France Flag/Cardboard creation...which is quite original since we are the team that is the most ahead in class, for once :P

Ohh, and on my way home I gazed into a nearby field and saw that it was littered in gooses! (I don't know if you can say "littered" but I find it appropriate for the context.
-
Gooses!
-

An invasion I tell you!
-
Anyways, I got home safe and sound and I better head to bed because tomorrow I need to go work at my partners house on the project, although we barely get to work because we laugh to much. Oh, and that reminds me that she just texted me wondering if I had in my position the pictures for the Flag...and turns out I forgot them at school because I was in a hurry to take the city bus (which I don't do often). I'm like so not organized...this always happens to me :( Ah well...one day I'll learn from those mistakes...Anyways, I'm shipping my body off to bed...I'm really tired. See ya!

P.S.: That isn't a picture of my eye (at the begining of the post), I wish it was. It's one of my good friend's eye, a picture which I took last summer and edited recently. It reminds me of the fun we had under the sun...just a little glimps of sunshine to brighten my day...which was unfortunately cloudy :(

Sorry, I Forgot :(

HALLA!
-
Okay, so I didn’t get the chance to post yesterday because I was uploading my pictures and decided to go take my shower in the mean time. When I came back 20 minutes later I found my computer screen messed up and a message saying the Internet connexion had failed. I tried restarting it but it wouldn’t give a damn so I gave up on it and figured that I would talk about this in my post, even though Tuesday was quite an ordinary day.
-
Duplicity
-

You'll never see one without the other

-
The only highlights of my day Tuesday (I hate how we need to repeat the word “day” in each day of the week...there I go again) apart from us starting Romeo and Juliette in English class, I mean I like the story and all…but the vocabulary, IT’S AWFUL! Like I can barely understand what they mean! For example: For thee shall not die, for the rising sun must come down misunderst’d by the evil that lurks within the shadows of the crepuscule… (Although this phrase is more comprehensible). Other than that we had a french test where we watched a documentary on natural catastrophes and we had to take notes at the same time. I suck at doing multitasking so my performance pretty much sucked…like the documentary was so numerical. There was this one question where everybody answered 2500 and I, being very late, answered 15…my bad. Afterwards we needed to answer questions which were so long that I needed to stay after class to finish them. But what hurts the most was knowing that outside was the most beautiful day ever and everybody was going down to the river…while we were stuck inside :(

And they believe in Jesus?!

So I’m stopping here for Tuesday and I’m getting on with Wednesday, being today. Oh and by the way I’m posting like the last pictures from Friday’s photoshoot…we have so much that they are starting to make me sick.

Intrigue
-

What the hell?

Well this morning we had a full car, my friend and her sister carpooled with us…meaning that it is very noisy in the back. They play these games on and on where they can’t pronounce any word with an “s” in it or else they lose a life. It gets very repetitive after a while. Oh and I forgot to mention that I got my telephone bill yesterday…and I got very anxious to know what the total was…and in the end the company must not like me because this months fee is 110$ :s and I looked at how many texts I’ve sent and the total wireless messaging activity comes up to 4405…my parents thought I was crazy :P

I'll Run It
-

We ran away...only to find this

I’m amazed how the weather took a sudden turn for the better. Like all week it’s been very nice and the temperature like perfect! Now there’s like nobody in school during lunch, they’re all by the river…so it’s very difficult to find a spot to be alone…well alone as in a pair.

Left Alone

-Can you hear it...the calling?

-
Now we started studying La Renaissance in French class…I’m already starting to get sick of drama in class. Like this and now Romeo and Juliette…what more?! The worst part is that we need to act out Romeo and Juliette in front of the class…like I can’t pronounce a word. I’m so screwed.

Anyways it’s like getting late and I have a project due on Monday so I need to get started before I run out of time. See ya!

The Day After Easter

Oh no, it's Monday!

Last day of our super long weekend! Tomorrow is back to school, unfortunately :( Although I'm kind of ready to go back, I miss my friends and the whole social context that school brings.

Today was such a beautiful day! Like yesterday, so the night that seperates those two days was beautiful to! As a matter of fact I spent an hour yesterday night (from 11 pm to 12 pm) gazing at the star with a friend, who was actually miles away! It was so wonderful, the sky was full of shiny dots. It was actually pretty cold outside, but I had brought a big blanket to keep me warm, but my fingers were getting cold since I was texting at the same time. I'm actually glad to be living outside the city, here we can see so many more stars, it's impossible. At first it was breath taking but after a while I got a bit creeped out because I was staring at the forest in the backyard that goes on forever and you could hear the coyotes howling, getting closer by the minute :s After an hour I started to see the sky at the east horizon getting lighter because the sun was slowly getting up, that was really amazing. But I grew tired of freezing and decided to head back inside, where I fell asleep not so long afterwards.

Yet another blue day! Today is the day-after-easter, as I call it. I ended up doing nothing! Absolutely nothing, like I litteraly sat on the couch in the basement, played on my XBOX 360 and ate chocolate ( :s ) But I'm still slim so it's all fine. Okay this post is going nowhere, I don't have a lot to say. I might be noticing this but I checked out other blogs yesterday and I was surprised to see how little these people write, like barely a picture and a paragraph of text! :o So now I feel as if I have no life, writting these huge posts :( Ah well, at least I'm doing it for a personnal reason! :)

YEasterDay

Happy Easter Everyone

Notice that I forgot to write yesterday's post. I basicly forgot because I was at some friends' house and we left at like midnight so when I got home I jumped in bed an completely forgot :s This is why I gave the title of YEasterDay to my post since this post is a cross of yesterday's events and today being Easter Day :P Anyways, I'll start off with Saturday :

Shattered Lives

Here lies the restless souls of our ancestors
-
Saturday was yet another very fine day. This weekend really rocks compared to the weather we had during the week. I woke up in the morning to notice that my brother was almost sleeping on me (we slept the 4 of us in a room...in different beds of course) so I had to push him away. I was certain it was at least 10...but in reality it was only 8. I wasn't lazy enough to go back to sleep so instead I decided to get up and start doing a little bit of cleaning around the house (weird I know). The night before we decided that we were going to film our Poker Face Spoof Video so we took out random costumes that were littered here and there in each and every room of the house. It took about half an hour to pick everyhting up...although my cousins and my brother were still sleeping and I had nothing to do. But sooner the later the sleepy heads started to get up one by one and we got down to business.

I think I'm in love. Hint : It's not you
-
We watched our Poker Face Video so many times that by the end of the night we knew the whole song by hearth :s I mean I like Lady Gaga and all but since her last apperance on American Idol I kind of got turned off, she sings very badly live. Either way we like her composition. We ate breakfast at 11, it wasn't really breakfast, and then we decided to go jump on the trampoline...BAD IDEA. After only a few hops I felt my meal coming back up ( :s) It was a emergency sign meaning STOP BEFORE YOU MAKE A MESS! They were all looking at me like "What the hell is wrong with you?!" Instead I decided to take a short stroll in the woods. It was so heavenly peacefull and serene. Clearly one of the best day in a long time. It didn't take long before my cousins had to leave (they left at 1) since they needed to go to Joliette, a city in the Québec province. Before they left the country (only to come back in a few months) we organized a showing of our creations, which were a slideshow (compilation) of our pictures we took over the week end as well as the video of Poker Face. The adults found it very entertaining, calling it sharp and edgy :) Speaking of which I'm doing some minor modification on the video to afterwards post it on Youtube under the name of Poker Face Spoof. Here is a resume of the video : We find ourselves in a casino where a mysterious woman makes her way to a table (it's supposed to look like a casino). Her name is Lady Vava and the guys at the table (we're not sure if they are guys or girls because my brother acts all flirty with Lady Vava in the video but his costume involved him having brest) seem to find her very attractive, in this scenario it would be more appropriate to say sexy. But the guys are very weird...they are fat, they smoke cigars and one of them (my brother) looks as if he ate a pound of chocolate since his face is covered in lipstick.

Where we go, danger follows
-
I hope the resume pushed you guys to go see the video on youtube...even though its not there yet (it'll be there in a few days). At 7 pm we went to some friends' house where I basicly texted the night away...until we left at midnight.

The Discovery

We finally found who we really were...
-
Today is Easter! I don't have much to say other than I FEEL AS IF I'M GOING TO EXPLODE! I think I ate way to much chocolate...the worst part is that it's all Lint Chocolate...so it's extra rich and gets you full in no time :( Oh and the pics I posted up are the other pictures from Friday's photoshoot, they're all in black and white but I took these on purpose to give an effect to this post. Anyways hope you like them. See ya!

Photo Shoot Friday

Say Cheese!

It's Friday and we're not at school! That's a very rare occasion and I wasn't going to skip out on it by sitting on a couch for 24 hours. Well it's pretty hard to do when your diabolic cousins are at home with you :P Today was a blast, the weather wasn't only perfect but we laughed and talked and posed...all day long. A few hours went by like a few minutes; we had so much plans for the day. We were planning on photo shooting outside, doing a lipsing video clip and put up the trampoline...and in the end we accomplished everything! :)

Killing Time

When you just have nothing to do

This morning we woke up at 9, it was so great to finally get to wake up at a late hour since when I'm alone at home I always end up getting up at 7, which is quite unhealthy. Anyways, we took our time, we talked about our plans and we got up to go eat breakfast. Ha! Breakfast, I was sure we were going to explode after that meal. We ate so much that getting out of the doorway was a concern :P At least it was good, very good.

We went to get prepared, we putted on clean clothes and out the door we went. At first we wanted to shoot around the house, maybe in the forest or something but we finished by going down the hill to the pond. To our surprise we found that a large fir tree fell into the path and was blocking our path :( But we aren't dumb. My brother thought of brigning the garden cissors with him so we cutted ourself a path through the branches. In the end it was a master piece. The branches that were left created a tunnel which we used to shoot in :o How ingenious! It was a perfect scenery. After a few dozens of pictures we decided to go even further where we shot at an old cabin, half destroyed. It was very fun, it gave us an edge on our personnalities, it gave us time to find ourselves.

For the rest of the evening we pretty much did editing on the pics, it was long but it was worth it in the end because the pictures turned out aewsome :) Oh and while me and my cousin were inside in the office we couldn't help but to notice my brother driving the lawn-mower with my cousin in the trailer behind him, driving by the windows every few minutes. My cousin looked like the Queen of England in her little chair, waving at bypassers who stared at her awkwardly. When they got inside they started telling us how the named the tractore "la voiturette" and they were laughing crazily...maybe their brains got affected of constant exposure to CO2 during their drive :s

Trampoline time. In just a few minutes my brother and my cousin helped install the trampoline in the backyard. It was a success, i think. It must be because it's still standing as we speak. So up to then we had done everything we wanted, all but film our video clip, which was a parody of Poker Face by Lady Gaga. Time passed, supper came and went...

It was 9 and we hadn't even started the video :o I was really starting to freak out because my cousins are leaving tomorrow at noon and I didn't want to waste time. But in the end we finished the video and it's epic! We look like random crazy people who are drunk in a bar somewhere in the middle of nowhere. :)

Anyways it's like almost 1 in the morning and I'm posting this up...I'm so not organized. Got to go to bed before I fall asleep on my chair...see ya!

On Holidays!

Hold Up!
-
Urban Vampires
-
Hey Edward Cullen, you have company, sucks to be you...

It’s finally Thursday! School’s out for 4 days. Plenty of time to relax and lay back under the ever more shinning sun. Speaking of which, today was a BEAUTIFUL day. It was about time for the sun to show up since we had snow for the last 3 days. When I woke up this morning I wanted to scream: IT’S MELTING…IT’S MELTING! (although it wasn’t a very good idea) As we speak right now the snow has melted, hourray! No trace of that white crap…not a single flake.

Love on the Horizon

When dreams come true

Like I mentioned before, today was a good day. I think I’ll stop talking about my math class because there is nothing really going on in that class other than some constant blah on unnecessary things for my very important education.

Walk the Plank

Next thing you know you're dead...

So instead of talking about maths I’ll talk about my English teacher’s awesome joke! We were randomly talking about money and someone said “fifty cent” so the teacher was like “Ya, the rapper, Fifty Cent. He was once a buck but then he got shot”. At first nobody got it…but soon after we caught on…although it’s a very normal joke and I’m sure I already heard it somewhere else.

Beauty comes and goes...

Okay I’ve got like nothing to write tonight, so if this post doesn’t make sense well sorry because I’m presently composing and it’s like 10:30 so I’m half awake. Anyways, during lunch we went to the river and it was slightly cold out, enough to make me shake crazily from head to toes. But the view was nice and the time spent with friends was amazing…

HAHA! French, I really wanted to escape this class. We finished our documentary on gambling and then the teacher putted us to work on this analysis sheet. It was very long and boring but suddenly…RING!! The fire alarm went off and the whole school hurried across the street to safe distance. We thought this was a chance to waste like 5 minutes of our class but no, my teacher was handing out our grades outside…in the cold…the lady was very determined to get her work done.

Fire Practice

Run for your lives!

Last but not least, History. We talked about the economic crisis over and over again…very boring. So boring that the teacher let us use our cellphones. He started staring at my BlackBerry and he was like “Nice phone”. So I said thanks…I guess. And he looks at me and he starts talking but I really can’t understand anything since he’s like half def and the tone of his voice is slightly (considerately) lower than average. I pretty much nodded my head the whole time and pretended I was on the same page as he was.

Grazing

Everyone has those retarded moments!

The bell rang, it finally rang! I never thought this day would have had come. I just couldn’t wait to get out of school, so goodbye to my friends and lay on my bed, although that wasn’t the case. We were heading for Gatineau to pick up my two diabolic cousins to bring back home for the weekend. When we got there my older cousin was gone to the hair dresser so we waited for 15 minutes, doing practically nothing other than laughing. As soon as she got home we left the parents to have a little chat and we ran to the park. We had a blast! We took so many pictures, some intense, some random and some just down right crazy. But that’s us, teenagers; 4 teenagers having hell of a lot of fun.

Now the day is almost over and we all need to go have a good night sleep to recharge so we can be in top shape tomorrow. I’ll try to update the blog tomorrow although I will only do so very late since I have very important company. Until then have a good evening/day/night, ect. Bye!
