I’m back! I’m so sorry for the long wait; I just can’t find the time! I know, excuses, excuses, excuses, but school is over in less than a month and then I’ll be able to post EVERY single day! In the mean time I’ll be doing intense homework for my final exams.
I sat down tonight at the kitchen counter, I took out a sheet of paper and I started writing what happened during the previous days. It’s so hard, I barely remember stuff. Sometimes I can recall exciting stuff and other times it’s like some random impertinent information that is better left unsaid. And as proof I can’t remember a single thing that happened on last Thursday, if I could associate a name to that day I would probably say that it was the day after our War Museum field trip. WAIT! I just remembered something! Thursday night I actually did something, I went walking in this very wealthy neighbourhood just for fun to give me a retrospect of modern high society architecture, and there wasn’t much to see. Too many trees, houses surrounded by massive stone gates, everything was deserted…but I had fun! Although I forgot to bring my camera with me (I could have had relied on my BlackBerry, the camera is good but not up to par.

Submerge yourself into silence and tranquility
-But on Friday we had two tests, one for which I was freaking out and the other one for which I had barely studied. I think that I did the smartest move of my life that morning, I actually walked to my math teacher’s class to ask a couple of questions (a couple in my vocabulary actually means a lot) concerning the subject we were studying presently since we had a test coming up during the second period (for which I was obviously not ready). In the end it actually went well, I understood the test (thank god I went to see my teacher or else I would have had failed) which represented one less stress factor on my conscious. But the sad part is that I had a history test right after that, a test which I hadn’t studied for. I was doomed! I tried talking my teacher out of it but he didn’t intend on letting me do it next week (I had just missed 5 days of school because of University and he thinks I’m going to do a test that I don’t even understand). I tried giving my point but it was effortless, I did it quickly but I presume I had mostly right answers.
Another weekend, I love weekends! They’re so fabulous! I get to do what ever I want, like my blog…but I still don’t have the time? Sometimes I just wonder what happens to my spare time, it like simply flies by unnoticeably. Saturday I woke up to my father all excited telling me that we’re going to buy a new car…I was like “ARE YOU CRAZY!? WE ALREADY HAVE 4!!” My mom reacted the same way, she was against the whole idea and she freaked out when my father told her that he had made an appointment with the dealer and that we were going to get a showing of the car and drive test, etc. Although I was somewhat against the whole trip at first I saw the opportunity to go to Em’s house. So I begged my mom to go…and we went…although she refused to drive me to Em’s house. So I was stuck in a car dealership for almost 3 hours...the time during which I could have had been at Em’s. Afterwards we headed to the mall where my parents bought my brother his first skateboard, those things are SO expensive! Like 200$ for a rolling piece of wood…that’s sad…although some might argue, I’m not that into skateboarding. But the happy part is that my dad went to buy some stuff at American Eagle where my mom randomly started talking with the manager and got me a employee form thing that I need to fill in to hand in so I cant MAYBE get a job!

Sunday, I went to church…joke, I hate that friken place. I’ve been scarred with catholic school and I told myself NEVER AGAIN! Anyways that’s not my point, on Monday Em finally came to my little piece of country paradise that I call HOME. It was a very enjoyable day, we looked through some very interesting and humiliating photo album of my baby life…mom why did you need to take random pictures of me in the bath?! When the day was coming to an end we decided to go take a walk on my road, bad idea. There were SO MANY mosquitoes I thought I was going to be eaten alive! Lots of chit chat and soon came the time to bring her back to her house…time flew by. When we drove onto her street she saw that her aunt was at her house, so she told me to come meet her. I couldn’t refuse. When we got inside I was introduced, we talked and then her aunt started asking me questions on my family. My grandma was in the car so I told her that my grandma knew way more than me and that it would be more appropriate to have information from her. So Em’s family headed outside and started talking with my mom and grandma. Suddenly I hear my grandma and Em’s aunt scream, I turn back and they are both holding each other by the waist saying “We’re family!” I was shocked…I looked at Em and I was like “This can’t be happening…she couldn’t be a distant cousin”. After a few minutes of freak out we were explained that we weren’t blood relatives, THANK GOD! (I hate God).
Anyways this post is getting longer and longer, how about I shortly resume Monday and today. I’m still anxiously waiting for my math test results, we should get them tomorrow, and in French we’re presently writing short stories. My teacher asked us to write an introduction to a story on a piece of paper to later on hand it in to her. These papers would then be randomly be redistributed in class to new students that would need to continue the story. My introduction as actually inspiring that when I got home I wrote a story of my own…I would post it up on my blog but it’s in French. Anyways I have to go.
